Ken, good article as far as basic guidance when diving and knowing your limits.
I guess I take issue with trying to cloud the main issue, which is that Dan was left behind. I have seen many posts trying to blame the diver. The dive operator and DM screwed up big time. All other information is interesting, but just that.
Too many people are trying to put the blame on the diver. He was not driving the boat or counting heads as divers came back aboard.
