So, the diver here has NO responsibility? I actually wasn't going to post to "Puzzled" since it's a waste of space, but I can't ignore your comment. I don't agree with Doug Williams that it is all Dan's fault, but there is certainly enough fault to go around. And Capt. Ray has certainly stepped up to the plate and accepted his share (unlike the DM of Dan's buddies....or Dan)
I hope you take some responsibility for your own diving.
