Oh please. You'd have to craft one hell of an argument to support that insane statement, that a diver failing to surface is the reason he is mistakenly checked in on a roll call.
You conveniently skipped the crux of my argument: Assuming a completely legitimate reason for Dan not to have surfaced, he STILL would have been left behind. That's why he's blameless.
