Thanks for posting that. If more people would step forward maybe these guys would stop the destruction.
I don't see much "artifact" value in a peice of old pipe from a "wreck" that was put on the bottom on purpose and ANYTHING of value or historical importance was removed before it was sunk.
I thing the California Wreck Destroyers are doing nothing more than stroking their colective egos.
What they need to do is get out and do some diving on "real" wrecks with someone that won't let them take anything and maybe learn something.
You should hear the stories still being told about the California Wreck Destroyers in Truk both about their attitudes regarding the wrecks ahnd their diving skills.
