It is currently against the law to kill BSB. We have no plans on changing that. If you, however, are not a fishing license buyer, you are contributing essentially nothing toward the mangement and protection of this magnificant fish. The only folks killing these fish are poachers (there is some by-catch through legitimate commercial fishing), not fishermen.
Be part of the solution, buy a fishing license.
