Date: Fri, 11 Jun 2004 17:19:07 -0500 Hey folks, The judge is getting ready to sentence the 2 ab poachers, Kurt Ward and Joshua Holt, who were found in possession of 468 abalone last month. They have plead guilty and the bargain is for 2 years sentence, not the maximum, 3 years. The prosecutors feel that since no jury or judge has ever sentenced the max, they had to accept this plea bargain. Judge David Nelson
