No, I meant 300 feet on your depth finder. Troll at 1.5 to 2.0 mph and let out 30 pulls on the reel. Use a spinning spoon with a 9 foot leader and an anchovy on the end and you should slam 'em. Use a chartruse bait clip.
Again, talk to people around there or go into a local bait and talk to them. There's always some classic crusty old saucer hanging out all boozed up at 7 in the morning that will talk your ear off and give you priceless information.
If you get a 10 incher ab diving I want to hear about it!
