You have a few choices for dive shops. In T.O. Go to Channel Island Divers www.channelislandsscuba.com on T.O. Blvd. In Ventura There is Peace Scuba Center www.peacescubacenter.com on Telephone Rd. Paacific Scuba on Victoria Blvd and Ventura Dive & Sport in Ventura Harbor. As a last resort there is Sport Chalet in Oxnard.
Ventura harbor has a few boats, go to www.californiadiveboats.com.
There is good diving all along the coast from Ventura to Malibu, just pick a spot with some kelp and go for it. The most popular are Deer Creek and Leo Carrilo 20 min from Camarillo.
