From what I know all the Expresses allow you to take tanks on board. CDS( Catalina Divers Supply) Which rents tanks at the point only rent AL 80's no HP's they are $10 and then $5 for fills. They do have the fill station right at the point. You may want to call ahead and reserve a tank if you want to rent at times they have run out. I normaly bring my out tank out when I am staying over night incase we end up wanting to do a night dive at the point.
