I would have your LDS refit it, first. One trick for enlarging neck seals on drysuits is to stretch them over a tank and leave it over night. One real concern about a to small/tight neck seal. Is the posibility of cutting off blood flow to the brain and causing the diver to pass out. NOT a good situation to be in underwater.
