Um, I guess you missed that I was quoting from the DFG book and even provided the page and paragraph number. If you read my post, I never said you could not chum them waters. The DFG says, Chumming is OK if you are ANGLING. ANGLING is defined by DFG as line and hook by hand or pole. The would not appear to cover spear.
If you disagree, then do so, but there really no need for the attacks. Why the need to attack anyone? Why not just address the subject without the venom
