Can anyone recommend a good source of reading material on recovery from DCS? I got bent 10 days ago (treated successfully), but the doctors here in the Philippines have been a little light on the post event recovery future avoidance. Before the wild speculations begin, n it can only be considered an "undeserved" hit, I was hydrated, rested, cleared all obligations on my computer, slow ascents, 8 minutes at 15' for safety stop. I'm flying home tonight, so any recommendations would be appreciated.
