I did a dive in Monterey once. I put in the max allowed 2 hours worth as I was leaving the car to cross the street and dive. Came back to a parking ticket. Crosing the beach, swim out, dive, swim back, it all addes up. A one hour dive may take over 2 hours to do, from car to car.

At vets I always put in 3 hours. That is cheap enough to not have to rush my dive or worry about it and certainly a lot chaper than the parking ticket.
