OK, you only get 20 minutes per quarter if the clock ticks right.
Get a parking sticker from City Hall, during the week. Now it cost $40.00 from October 1 to September 30. It use to cost $10.00 for many years. It has gone up, but cheaper and less stress on the taxation without representation. I have done this since the seventies.
