The Bottomscratcher has had a long list of stupid events. I was the Master onboard a diveboat for a few years and if I rember correctly the Bottomscatcher was the boat who put a skiff full of people on San Nich in the alpha area for an island adventure during bug season in 98. The military just loved that one. If you call the Coastguard with you pictures and video make sure you talk with the guys in the Marine Investigations they will have to take action. Just a word of advise. (if you did threaten the Master on the Bottomscratcher that is a federal crime regurdless of his actions)
