Has anyone out there ever dined on an urchin?. I heard its an aquired taste, but with soy sauce and sake its not bad. Any concerns of contaminations in urchins?
One a side note, did my first night dive at Ithmus reef last night and was treated to a lot of lobsters, octopus, and a morey eel. Had an awesome time, cant wait to do it again.
