I agree, Elian. But Nitrox is just a tool and can be misused. On a recent cable job in SF, just for the quest of information, I worked the job on a 50%-50% Nitrox mix, and have to say the difference was very noticeable - Had more energy after 2.5 hours in water, more energy post-dive and better concentration during the work. For the most part, now, any thing under 120 fsw, I'll dive a Nitrox mix ON AIR TABLES!. This is primarily for the safety edge provided by the reduction of inspired GN2.
