If you don't mind pulp fiction, David Poyer's cave- and wreck-diving novels are fairly readable if you can overlook the cheesy plots.
Similarly, Robert Louis Steveson III (grandson of the RLS) wrote a wreck-diving novel, Torchlight, that draws upon the author's tech diving background.
