Hi:
Went out diving in Moss Landing, Monterey County for Halibut. I am pretty sure I saw the drag net mark in the sand. It is like 20 to 30 yard away, and make about 3 feet deep track in the sand. I dove the exact area very often, so I know it happened in the past week. Is the drag net still allowed in California? Oh, I dove from 40 feet to 60, and the mark is keep on going.
