How quickly we all forget. Did not the good Captain Ray and Msblucow say that after the diver died at Farnsworth, it was the Captain who needed to check the C cards to see if divers where in fact quilified to do the dive. And did not Ray say that he would in fact "check all divers that came on my boat, to make sure they are quilified". I guess though, that did not last too long???
