I just rechecked the PADI list and fail to see the DM listed as either Members EXPELLED from PADI or Suspended. I'd think re-training and suspension would be in order, as this is a serious breakdown with life-threatening consequences. Maybe the DM's dues are paid up so he won't be listed? PADI needs to act or its just a joke and "jokes" like this have a nasty tendency to get lawmakers involved ... and there goes the industry and our sport! Com on, PADI!
