I dove with an outfit Called Club Cantomar. They offer Nitrox and Rebreather service / rentals. Nice outfit, they use an ultrlight plane to spot whale sharks and mantas. Price was good. You are way north of La Paz proper, but you are only minutes from diving at Los Islotes and other nearby sea mounts. Great diving for a 2.5 hour plane ride from LAX.
