In a case of mistaken identity. A surfer bit a shark today. It seems that it was an exploratory bite, and the surfer did not like what he tasted and has moved on.
The mayor and some townsfolk have united in an effort to capture and kill the surfer. Some experts maintain that there is no way to be certain that killing any surfers will actually exterminate the rogue surfer.
Regardless of the danger Surfer cage dives are on the rise.
Many humanologists believe that the publics interaction with the surfers will make them less frightened to approach sharks. The call for the immediate end to the practice of "Chumming" where chopped up doughnuts and peanut butter sandwiches are thrown in the water to attract the surfers.
