A dive boat is either going to wait for you or leave without you.
If it waits, no problem.
If it leaves without you, then ...
You are either going to be picked up by another boat, or not.
If picked up, no problem.
If not, then ...
You are either going to reach shore on your own, or not.
If you reach shore, no problem.
If not, ...
You are either going to live through it all somehow, or not.
If you live, no problem.
If not, ...
Then you are either going to Heaven or Hell.
If you go to Heaven, no problem.
If not, well, everybody dies sometime, whether now or 50 years from now, what does it matter? (quote by Achilles played by Brad Pitt in the movie Troy).
So why worry about being left behind by a dive boat?? Enjoy the diving. :-)
