Not necessarily deeper than 130ft, Chris. I've used my DAN insurance twice now (neither time actually bent, as it turns out, but in my experience if you ask whether you're bent, they're going to treat you first and figure it out later) and neither was for dives below 130ft. Don't remember the depth of the first time, but the second was to 40-some feet.
Having the insurance and the peace of mind of just dealing with it if there's any question is absolutely priceless, regardless of the depth.
