Okay, let's say I agree with that.
But, isn't that the same thing EVERY other agency out there has done ???
I mean there are no differences between what PADI, NAUI, SSI, SDI, PDIC or anyone else teaches. There are some small differences in HOW they teach and WHAT the will LET the instructor teach and do, but bottom line it's all the same stuff.
