I guess getting out of this whole mess alive wasn't enough for Dan. Rather than simply being thankful that he still gets to see his wife & kids, instead he hires a lawyer to see how much money he can get, in the meantime creating even more legislation and more criticism leveled at the industry. I'm sorry, but all the legislation and new regulations in the world cannot turn a stupid person into a smart one. Dan and the DM screwed up by not adhering to already-existent guidelines. Creating new ones will do nothing.
