OC Divebums has a listserv for OC divers. On it, subscribers are able to share their dive reports, get dive buddies, and share other comprehensive OC dive info. It would be a good way to get a feel for OC diving from other locals.

Also, to get lots of experience DIVING Laguna Beach with others who are there all the time, check out southcoastdivers.com. Rich Parker and his group are out there MANY days of EVERY week. Get the schedule from his website and sign up for his email list.
