COURT Report
Fort Bragg Advocate-News - Fort Bragg,CA,USA

Hung B. Kim pleaded no contest to taking sea cucumbers and high-grading abalone and was placed on a 24-month probation. He was also ordered to forfeit his dive gear, had his F&G license revoked for two years, was assessed fees and fines totaling $471, and sentenced to 10 days in MCJ (suspended). The DA's Office objected to the less than expected sentence because they had asked for a 36-month probation and actual jail time because the plea represented Kim's third F&G offense in Ten Mile Court and because he was still on probation at the time of the most recent offense.
