Very curios as to your question about the Black Sea Bass. Since the demise of the "gill nets" in shore, and the "no take" of them for many years, the BSB have made an incredible come back.
We see them off every island, most every weekend. Not every dive but at least one or two of them.
Again, why the question? What are you fishing for?
