A guy came in the shop one night after a deep dive in Redondo Canyon and thought he was bent. We gave him the O2 we had there(6 cu ft) and called DAN. They put us on hold for more than 25 minutes, so I hung up, took him over to Long Beach Memorial and waited until his first treatment in the tube was over. He had to come back the next day for more. It took six months before DAN paid his claim.
