I think most of us will agree that 15% is standard to tip to a server for lunch or dinner at a restaurant that lasts about an hour.

For the boat crews, I think they deserve a lot more for all the breakfasts, lunches, dinners, airfills, gear loading / unloading, and general assistance they provide over a 40+ hour weekend on a 2 day trip. Most dive boat trips are already a bargain if you consider the fuel prices, food, crew service, and overall entertainment value. My standard... $20 a day, more if it was a really great trip.
