I agree that using your email address collected for chamber activities for commercial purposes is unethical unless you gave express permission. If you did not give Ken permission to send you Reef Seekers newsletters, he should not do it. Asking that you remove yourself from his list is possible, but if you did not ask to be put on it is unduly burdensome for him to insist you to take the time to unsubscribe. Receiving email you do not want, ask for, or authorize is spam.
