I tip $ 30.00 a day, they work 24 hrs a day and earn it. That cheap if you divide it by 24 hrs.
If the Captians are only paying the crew $75.00 a day what a rip. These dive boat only burn about 150 gallons round trip to Clemente and Santa Barbra, they buy the fuel alot cheaper than us. 30 divers times $120.00 = $3600.00 a day for driving a boat and drinking coffee. 2 trips a week for a year is $374,400.00 a year !!
They should pay the crew more, they can afford it.
