I would not lengthen the corregated hose, most come to long as is. Inflator hoses of various lengths are relativley inexpensive. The only exception to this is if you have somthing special like an air-2 on your BC. You can order one at your local dive shop, or if they can not accomodate you try North East Scuba Supply or Dive Rite Express.
Pacific Wilderness in an Pedro may be able to assemble a hose for you if you need a special one.
