Instead of lengthening the corregated hose, get a standard hose and an adaptor. The standard hose will let you hook into other things easier (dry suit, test guage, another BC...) and is a whole lot cheaper to replace than the SP hoses. The adaptor you are after is Trident #S125 std male to SP female.
