A work session has been scheduled for Tuesday, 5 October, of the Pacific Fishery Management Council’s (PFMC) “Ad Hoc Channel Islands Marine Reserve Committee (CIMRC)” to consider information related to proposed marine reserves and marine conservation areas within Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary (CINMS), offshore Southern California, and to develop recommendations for the Pacific Council. The work session is open to the public and will be held at the Benson Hotel, 309 SW Broadway in Portland, Oregon, beginning at 1000 HRS.
