I beleive oil rig Eureka is a Mola cleaning station. These perch appear to be cleaning the mola.
Althogh I have never been "cleaned" by perch, I have had señorita fish attempt to clean me while I hand on a kelp stalk doing a saftey stop, or just hanging out.
