Don't gamble on the Okeanos being up to snuff. We were sadly disappointed the last time we went, the boat was really run down, the air-conditioning was on the fritz, the addition of the second deck has made her really rocky/rolly at anchor.
IMHO, go with either of the Hunters. I've not gone on either of them, but have heard good things from those who have.
