Split and clean the lobster(s). Place shell side down in a double sheet of aluminum foil.
Melt butter and a little crushed garlic in a pan.
Add a splash of either white wine or lime juice.
Pour some of the butter/garlic/wine-lime juice over the meat.
Close up the aluminum foil, sealing it over the lobster.
Place on a hot grill for 8 minutes (do not overcook).
Open the packets and enjoy.
Cook the lobster as above.
Serve with warm CORN tortillas, shredded cabbage, chopped fresh cilantro, ranch dressing and a little of your favorite hot sauce or salsa.
