I've been getting mine serviced at Westcoast for a few years and the turn around can be a couple days to a week. One is a really old Dacor. I wouldn't take it anywhere else. I dropped it off today with a us divers reg and they will both be done by next Sat. Once they fixed it on the spot while I waited. I took mine to Sport Chalet and it took 6 weeks!!!
