We had an excellent trip on the Pac Star on 10/16. Almost all divers got bugs on the night dive at Arrow Point. The bugs were everywhere, but not as slow as last year in the same bull kelp. We also had Elaine on board, and she shot some pics of a sea turtle (which we speared and had for dinner) and a school of 9 very large black sea bass near eagle rock (which we speared and will have for dinner tonight. And if you are at Arrow point and reach in a hole for a bug, beware, there are moray eels galore, as I fouund out by being bit by on tonight. And yes, I am kidding about spearing the black sea bass and turtles.
