They had their fishing licenses revoked. That will stop them from poaching! Sheesh. Don't judges understand that mediocre sentences are no deterrent to crime? The poachers probably make five or six figure salaries selling their ill-gotten gain, then get fined $1200-2000? The judge should be fined as well!
