When I query the RSTC webpage of the WRSTC, I don't see NAUI, and in fact I see only NAUI-Japan on the WRSTC website. Does anyone know -- not conjecture, speculate, accuse, whatever -- but really know, was NAUI once a member? If so, why is it no longer? If not, why not?
