anyone noticed maybe a red tide around huntington beach?

i think i read about a red tide in long beach on this board a few days ago but i can't find the post. as i was driving along pch yesterday by goldenwest, i noticed the ocean was a kind of cruddy color, however, since it was raining i really couldn't see if it was a red tide or not?
