I work for a fairly large corporation here in SoCal. A dive buddy from work and myself realized how many people in the company also dive so we will be forming the company's first dive club. Does anyone have any experience in doing this and if so would you have any advice for us. It will be informal with no meetings or dues and open to employees and their family members who enjoy diving and snorkeling. There will be occasional boat trips to Catalina as well as exotic trips planned. Emphasis will be on promoting our sport.
