FISH & GAME COMMISSION TO MEET IN CONCORD: The California Fish & Game Commission will meet 21-22 October at the James Kellogg Training Center, 935 Detroit Avenue, in Concord. Agenda items of interest include a presentation on restaurant ecology, nearshore fishery trap limitations, and proposed changes for gillnet mesh sizes for the San Francisco Bay herring fishery.
