Hi,
I recently got my certification for diving,and have to do a Law project on a topic that intrests me. I chose the topic of fishing regulations pertaning to scuba diving. I am mostly interested in the aspect of diving for fish and abaloney. If anyone can lend me a hand in finding some information about this I would me most appreachiative.
