just a comment, if you have a weight integrated BC, make sure it will float with the weights attached and you separated from the BC. If you have to get out of your BC in the water for some reason (i.e. getting back on a small boat), you don't want it sinking to the bottom.
If you are a bigger guy and need some extra weight a smaller wing may sink without your bouyancy compensating for the extra weight. I've seen this too many times.
