Could only hear the CG side of the conversation on VHF, but it sounded as if the Bottom Scratcher had to come to the rescue (?) of a diver at or around Arrow Point today, Sunday, around 2-2 PM ?

Any facts to fill in the sketchy and staticy information we heard ? Is the diver ok ?
